COMPANY

Greeting

Kouzu Shokai has grown along with the history of 20th-century Japanese cinema. And with the growth of the television industry, demand for props spread to broadcast stations in Osaka.

Even as the film industry experiences major growth and change, Kouzu Shokai maintains its commitment to a corporate philosophy of acquiring skills and knowledge in film art and accumulating props, even as its environment evolves. By adhering to this principle, we are proud to have established a strong position within the industry. At the same time, we have contributed to the revitalization of communities by participating in the planning and production of a wide range of history-related events and engaging in verification to ensure historical and cultural verisimilitude. And in 1970, with Expo ’70 as an impetus, we established a department dedicated to event planning and arrangement.

Today, we are promoting a new business model to allow not only the film and television industries but also the public in general to benefit from our knowledge of visual arts and our inventory of props.

Please contact us if you are looking to use props from movies or broadcast programs in your exhibition, play and so forth. We will be pleased to advise you.

While it seems that the segmentation of audiences for visual and informational content will continue, knowledge and props remain essential, regardless of content. We hope therefore that you’ll feel free to use Kouzu Shokai as your assistant to support your needs.
