ARMOR EXPERIENCE POINTS TO NOTE
To fully enjoy your Armor Experience, please read the following carefully before you participate.
For group applications, the customer responsible should ensure that all participants observe these instructions
Armor Experience: Points to Note
General Points
◯ Maximum group size is six persons. Please apply no less than three days in advance.
◯ Please make an ample allowance for transit time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes later than scheduled, your experience may be cancelled, regardless of whether you have contacted us in advance.
◯ Customer dress upon arrival: We will appreciate it if you wear a tank top or V-neck T-shirt that does not show the collar, and shorts that reach approximately to the knees (if you do not have these garments, we may be able to accommodate you to some degree with garments on hand).
◯ Some armor weighs more than 20 kilograms. If you have lower back or knee issues, or are not confident that you have sufficient strength, please choose one of our lighter armor options (please consult our representative for details).
◯ Please exercise caution when handling rental products. Customers are liable for the actual cost of repairing damage, soiling, or loss to armor or equipment.
◯ Kouzu Shokai assumes no liability whatsoever in case of injury or illness to customer(s) or others resulting from Armor Experience. Please pay close attention to the presence of others when moving about.
◯ Be sure to use the toilet before donning armor. While wearing armor, you will not be allowed to eat or drink.
◯ Please do not consume alcohol before donning armor. If you do, your Armor Experience may be cancelled.
◯ Your preferred armor may not be available, or you may be unable to wear it due height, weight, etc. Minimum height for children is 100 centimeters.
◯ Please pay the fee when you arrive at the facility. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, DISCOVER.
◯ If you must cancel, please be sure to contact us by email or phone at least three days in advance. If you do so, there is no cancellation fee, but if cancellation is later than this, you will be charged the full armor rental fee (excluding option fees).
◯ In principle, sessions cannot be extended. Please adhere strictly to the experience (photo session) schedule. Other experience parameters cannot be changed on the day.
◯ There is no dedicated parking area. Please use public transportation to reach the facility. If you arrive by car, please use a nearby coin parking lot.

Photography
◯ Please take all the photographs you wish with your camera or smartphone. Single participants may request one of our staff to take pictures with your camera at no additional charge.

We maintain a Privacy Policy covering the use of customer personal data, as follows. Please review and understand this policy before using our services. When gathering customer personal data, we first inform you regarding the purpose to which that data will be put, and gather the data to the degree necessary.
1）We strive to manage personal data appropriately and prevent unauthorized disclosure to external parties. We also take appropriate and reasonable security measures to protect customer personal data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration by external parties.
2）We utilize personal data only within the scope of consent, and will not provide or disclose it to any third party without such consent. However, we may be obligated to disclose personal data without prior consent as required by law, or as requested by a court, law enforcement, or other public authority.
3）The scope of application of this policy is based on application forms submitted by customers and the website we operate. This policy may not apply to the handling of personal data by third-party websites that link to our website, or to the content of such websites.
